We ship all our items via DHL from Tirana, Albania worldwide with tracking and signed for ensuring your package comes to you.
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card or the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via DHL Express. All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available and Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Multiple items order under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.
Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and Holidays are processed the next
business day. All Orders are shipped via DHL Express. The shipping rate is
contiguous worldwide priced at £10 but customers are offered free shipping with order over
£150
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please send us an email at

shipment to your country is possible.All international orders are shipped via DHL Expess. Please
allow 3-5 working days for delivery. International shipment tracking number will be provided
upon shipment to your destination.
Please be aware that shipment may take longer than expected and due to covid-19 some packages were delayed 1-3 weeks, this is not due to us but can be due to the destination and other reasons that may occur. The average order time is 3-4 working days.
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by ROCHE BIANCA.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tarrifs, excises and other governmental fees associated with theirmerchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. ROCHE BIANCA has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside of Albania. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.
