Shipping policy

We ship all our items via DHL Express or Royal Mail. Our shipping takes 3-6 working days on average but can take longer depending many factors. Usually our couriers will contact you if there are such issues. Please always remember to include your personal phone number and email to stay up to date. 

When returning an item we simply ask to return it the same way we sent it to you via so that all our items are tracked and signed for so there is no issues with your package/return.
